Acceptance
By using Digital Darzi you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Digital Darzi is a digital measurement book and order tracker for tailoring shops. You use it to store customer measurements, orders and related shop records.
Accounts
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Shop records you enter (customers, naap, orders) are your business data. Keep backups if you need them outside the app.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Google Play. Renewal and cancellation are managed in the Play Store, not inside a deleted Digital Darzi account. Deleting your Digital Darzi account does not cancel a Play subscription. Cancel that first if you no longer want to be charged.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to break it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not enter data you are not allowed to hold. You are responsible for how you use customer information you store.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep measurements and orders safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or that a lost device will still have a local copy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version.
