Delete your Digital Darzi account

Use this page if you want your Digital Darzi account removed and you no longer have the app installed. Play requires a public URL for this, because the people who need it most have already uninstalled.
How to request deletion
Email support@thedigitaldarzi.com from the address you used to sign in. Write that you want the account deleted. We will confirm and then delete it.
If you still have the app, you can also delete from Settings, Account, Delete account. That runs immediately on the device.
What is deleted
When deletion completes we remove:
- Your account and sign-in
- Customers and their measurements
- Orders and shop profile
- Referral code
- Data on the phone, including the Room cache, DataStore, and the encrypted store that holds the screen-lock PIN
What is kept
Records of subscription payments are kept with the name and account removed. Deleting the record of money that changed hands would make refunds, chargebacks and tax records unanswerable. We keep those payment records only for that legal reason.
Cancel Play billing separately
Google holds a subscription against the Google account, not against Digital Darzi. Deleting your Digital Darzi account does not stop Play billing. Cancel or change the subscription in the Google Play Store first.
