Digital Darzi ("we", "the app") last updated 22 August 2026.
Digital Darzi is a measurement book and order tracker for Pakistani tailoring shops. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.
Data we collect
Data you enter in the app
When you use Digital Darzi we store the records you type in for your shop, including:
- Your shop profile and sign-in email
- Customer names, mobile numbers, addresses and notes
- Measurements (naap) and style choices for each order
- Garment, fabric, price, advance and delivery date
- Revenue totals that we calculate from those orders
That information belongs to your shop. We use it to run the product (search, orders, WhatsApp sheets). We do not sell it.
Third-party services
The app is built on the ShipKaro Android Kit. Depending on which modules stay enabled, these services may process data:
| Service | Data | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase Auth | Email, auth tokens | Account sign-in |
| Google Sign-In | Name, email, avatar | Account sign-in |
| RevenueCat | Purchase and subscription status | Manage subscriptions |
| PostHog | Anonymous usage events, device info | Product analytics |
| Firebase Analytics | Anonymous usage events, device info | Product analytics |
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash logs, device model, OS version | Crash diagnostics |
How we use it
- Sign you in and keep your measurement book available on your account
- Track orders, payments and delivery dates for your shop
- Let you share a measurement sheet on WhatsApp when you choose to
- Process subscriptions through Google Play and RevenueCat
- Understand crashes and, if analytics is on, how the app is used so we can improve it
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the processors listed above, and with a customer when you send them a sheet yourself (for example on WhatsApp).
Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated shop data in the app via Settings, Account, Delete account. If you have already uninstalled the app, request deletion at https://thedigitaldarzi.com/account-deletion or email support@thedigitaldarzi.com.
Analytics can be turned off in Settings, Privacy. Email is required to keep an account if sign-in is enabled.
Subscription payment records may be kept with your name and account removed, so refunds, chargebacks and tax questions can still be answered. Cancel Google Play subscriptions separately in the Play Store.
